Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days excluding holidays.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your bag for another style or color please email your request to email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Apede Mod accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
The refund amount should be for the full value of the items returned, excluding any shipping fee or service fee; restocking fee is $10.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition and unused
- Return must include original invoice and Returns Form including an R.A Number obtained from customer service.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, will not be accepted for return. Apede Mod reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN:
Contact ApedeMod via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A Number, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once you have your unique R.A Number, please complete the returns form, and send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Apede Mod cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! Apede Mod does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
If unfortunately you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will gladly offer a replacement or another solution.
